This company is amazing. I ordered filters the same week my HVAC system died. The replacement system takes a different kind of filters. I emailed the company per their instructions to request a "return". Within an hour someone wrote me back and APOLOGIZED to me for the wrong size filters and told me no need to return. Clearly, they'd done nothing wrong AND I bought a six pack box of filters. This was truly amazing service. I gifted the box to another tenant in my building. The HVAC system requires special sized filters and when I saw her machine she had the wrong sized filter. Hopefully, I've at least gotten you one new customer from this. Thank you for above and beyond customer service!!! BTW, I was a repeat customer so I also highly recommend the filters.

While I was not happy to learn that the Carrier Air Handler has a proprietary unique filter size, I was happy to be able to purchase a sufficient quantity to last me a year and a half for a reasonable price from Discount Filters. The local supplier wanted much more money for much less quality and quantity.
