While it does remove some odor it does not seem to be as effective as some others that I have used in the past. Of course price is a factor...

These filters do a good job of eliminating odor from home, we do leave the hvac system fan on. Filters also do a good job controlling dust. I change these filters every month to six weeks because we have a lot of construction across the street.
