Love the product. We've been using this filter for a couple of years now. The quality is great. We buy a box every time we run out so we get some great deals! I like buying the 2" over the 1" thickness. I think it's a better product and works well with my unit.

As with everything else that is going on, I notice the quality in everything is going down. If the product doesn’t last as long so they can sell more. Nothing last anymore.

I think the filters are a great quality for the money, however, when it came time to reorder I was sent two 5 inch thick filters instead. Not even close to what I ordered and quite frankly, I am afraid to reorder. Sadly, I am taking my business elsewhere.
