I accidentally ordered the non-carbon version when I wanted the carbon. The terminology of "allergy" threw me as I thought that would be carbon. Anyway, I called and they were super good about it and sent me the carbon ones, which would have been more expensive, at no charge. Better than good service so I am glad to give a good review.
