Unlike previous orders - filters were shipped independently - not in carton. One of 6 damaged by crushed edge. Also - as a "allergy" designated filter - all the filter shows is MERV11. I've called about this before - explanation is MERV11 is Allergy - i still believe if filter is true "allergy" level - it should state so on filter itself.

Quality product at discount prices. The 19.75 x 21.5 filter is a unique size (to one or two HVAC brands) and is usually priced at a premium. The more common 20 x 22 filter can be substituted but discount filters carries the specific 19.75 x 21.5 filter at a competitive price.

The filters seem to work. I have dust in my house but the filters are very dirty when I change them. I guess that is what a filter is supposed to do. Does the filter remove all the dust no...am I pleased with the filters? I guess so...I keep buying them as I have not found any that do a better job.

They call this a dust filter but concerned that higher merv rating would constrict the air flow. I change out filter every month because of dog in house- find this keeps the air cleaner.
