Product is great and I have ordered it many times. As info, the product delivery was two weeks late and is only arriving today, Jan. 25. I change filters every 30 days during the winter months when heat is on a lot so this late arrival will still be o.k. Not sure what the problem was with Fedex.

The filter is very well constructed and I've noticed that my AC system appears to be doing a better job of cooling since installing the filter. I've also noticed less lint dust around the house. During the initial shipment of the 6-pack of filters, the shipper crushed a corner of the box, which damaged two of the filters. When DiscountFilters was informed of this, they immediately sent replacements. I was happily shocked to learn that they sent 6 new filters instead of just two. Great customer support!

Great people to do business with! Filters are perfect for room air purifiers. They work great! I used a $20 dollar box fan, some tape and of course your perfect filters to really sweeten up the air. No more sun lite floaters, cuts way down on the dust in the house; stuffiness and allergies minimized.

We had to dust weekly with the other filters we were using on our central Heat/AC system. I ordered the Merv 13 filters and put it in on Valentine's day which was 13 days ago. This morning I checked the TV stand that always shows the dust the first and most. There is literally NO dust on the stand. INCREDIBLE. Also, the initial shipment came with the wrong filters, but, JON, in Customer Service had the correct product shipped the same day I called about the problem. Now THAT is service. Highly recommend using this business for your filter needs. Jim in North Texas
