I have ordered these furnace filters before and they are wonderful. This time, the packing box was damaged and the filters inside were damaged. We can use 4 of the filters but I'll have to fix the other 2 to be able to use them to fit properly in the furnace.

20x24x1 mere 11 pleated filters not only do a good job in filtering the air but the way they are sized is key...each dimension is slightly smaller so the filter fits the slot on my furnace perfectly. Other brands I had did not fit snuggly and never really went all the way in they were 24 so it stuck out and since I to try and maneuver them into the slot they would bend, so I found Discount Filters again, (I used them for many years but someone said they would get that size close by at a store) but they never were the same. I am satisfied with this product and even more with the customer service who explained so much about sizing vs what the product prints on the filters.
