I was somewhat disappointed the way they were shipped the previous orders were bagged in plastic …… when this latest batch arrived we had a usual Florida afternoon storm and the box did not protect the filters from the rain as they became soaked

These filters are just fine. Found them cheaper in town, but didn’t have to drive in the snow to get them. I also ordered a fridge filter which came Several days after the ones for the furnace. Ended up emailing customer service. Sure seems like they could have let me know the two packages would arrive at different times. No big deal but I’m always looking for a higher level of service.
