Very nice filters. We ordered the 24X30. Love the minimal packaging. They came nicely boxed without all the extra packaging of plastic and paper from the big box stores. Delivery was very prompt from date of order. Our only issue, is the finished size is a quarter inch smaller than the brand we were buying. We used painter's tape to keep them securely in place. We have a multitude of pets and hope to see good performance from these filters. We do wish they were labeled as made in the U.S.A., which is why we purchased these filters. We are not saying they aren't made in the U.S., but we prefer products that display country of origin.

We received the wrong size filter but also got a note of apology from the company, were instructed to keep the filters, and received an immediate refund. Sometimes a minor snafu can tell more about a company than when all goes as planned.

Good filter but my question is why do I have to buy 6 at a time. I only use about 3 a year so I have to store the filters for 2 years and my money gets tied up in inventory. I should be able to buy whatever amount I want. Even if I have to pay a bit more for it.

Wow! The frame of this filter is strong. It fits like a glove, no, it fits better than a glove! I bought the box of six filters. It's the only way to buy the filters because you'll always have one on hand when it's time to replace. I strongly recommend.

While the filters are good and you can get them in many other places, I had been ordering from Home Depot and they always came in bent up resulting in a whistling sound at the intake register. The filters that came from Discount Filters arrived and were in excellent shape so I will continue to order them in bulk from them.
