The filters seem better than previous brands I purchased, but I have not had long tern experience , as these were recently purchased. They were more expensive than previous brands, but suggest that the filters have more preventative features.

The product was good. The shipping was somewhat slow. I had difficult apply the discount on website. However, the customer service was good and the representative corrected the issue.

Filters are of a good quality. The filters, even though listed as 24x30x1, are smaller than the filters I usually buy. Not by much, but it will require a little ingenuity to make them fit and stay (my filter holder is in the ceiling). Filters were out of stock locally due to panic buying and these were available and appreciated. They were shipped fairly quickly and arrived in great shape. Thanks
