I orders 6 filters and they were at a FEDEX facility for a week or more and when they arrived the box was damaged and it was taped back together but the filters were trash, unusable. I contacted the company and they said they would ship new filters to replace them, which they did. This was great of them but the new ones came and they were damaged but far less damaged and are useable. They need to package the filters better so they don't get damaged while being shipped.
