One filter needed a knife to cut back some excess plastic to help filter fitting slide inside the full 1”. Other than that minor issue all is working very well thank you for the help and service! Troy

Cant speak to the product as just installed but am really impressed with the customer service. Initially ordered the wrong product, absolutely my fault. Contacted Discountfilters and they replaced free of charge with no quibble. Will definitely use again.

The product appears as good as the original Unicel 7472 cartridges for a much better price. The Unicel cartridges have rubber ends, where this product has hard plastic ends. The rubber seals as it installs, where the plastic ends have a more loose fit. It may not cause an issue, but it just feels not quite right.
