Ordered 20x25x5 AIRx DUST Air Bear 255649-102 Replacement Air Filter - MERV 8, 2-Pack. The filters are 1/4 inch too short and also the foam seals are 1/2 inch from the edges and not on the edges so there is no seal at the top. Within hours of submitting my review DiscountFilters reached out to me with a full refund for the filters that were not suitable for my air bear housing. This is a company that stands behind there products.

Fed Ex did not deliver this product to my residence. They dropped it off at the local postoffice. I think the driver was in a hurry and didn't want to look up and deliver as planned and so he just dropped it off at the local post office. I did not know this was allowed. I have not put this product in my furnace yet. Call me in 6 months and I will let you know how it worked.

Appears to filter as a filter should. I did not give a 5 star rating due to the fact that the stick on foam seal on the end of the filter, had been caught on the box it was shipped in and it was torn off when I removed it for use. I'm sure it will be fine, but still affects my rating.
