These filters are off slightly on size so are not a great but an OK replacement filter. I've purchased filters from you in the past that have been a better fit but these are the ones I get steered to when entering the size I need. I have the same issue with the 20x20x5 filters I've been ordering but those are even more off sized. Also, these filters are packed so tightly in the box (2 count) that you can't pull them out without damaging them so you must cut the box which also can create damage if not careful. I'd recommend increasing your box size by 1/4" so this is not an issue.

The size placed on this product is misleading. The product is 4 inches, not 5. My 3m filter I took out was a perfect 5 inch fit. I had to go buy foam and wrap this filter so it didn’t rattle around to stop the airflow from circumventing it.

Good product but watch out for the delivery. Using FedExSurePost means the local post office delivers the package, not actual FedEx. FedEx will wrap a carton in plastic to protect it if it is raining, the post office will not! Mine stayed out in rain for over 2 hrs, got it just in time before the filters would have been soaked and ruined. Close call. Do not like this feature of buying from Discount and then having delivery this way, may have to re-think this when time to order again.

This is a little humorous feedback for you. I usually order plain white furnace filters. Last year I ordered a carbon filter which has black veins. When our maintenance check was done this fall, the service man told me my wife's candles burning caused the blackness in the filter. There were only 3 burning in the living room. Should I tell him the truth that it was a carbon filter? LOL
