It is the same product I have used previously and been satisfied. However, this shipment came with one side of the box partially crushed which affected one of the filters. I've had previous filters crushed slightly, but this is a little more significant crush although I still hope and believe it will work. I would recommend you ship in a little heavier box.

The cardboard frame of the AIRx filter slightly less substantial compared to the OEM Trion Air Bear filter. That said, it's a good replacement for the OEM filter and provides better value, the fit in the filter housing is good and it has the foam seals on top and bottom of the filter. My filters were crushed during shipping and Discount Filters quickly sent out a replacement, their customer support is top notch and second to none, thus one reason I continue to shop with Discount Filters.
