The product sent to me is not what I ordered. My order was to replace the filter that I had been receiving it from you for sometime. For a number of years, I had ordered 20 x 25 x 5 Merv 16. When I re-ordered the same number I received 20 x 25 x 5HW Merv eight. This is unacceptable because our household has a number of respiratory problems that needs better filtration. Please respond the reason for the Lesser Filtration Then our family Flirtation Then our family needs. I wish to continue being your customer, but it is impossible if the proper filter isn’t sent to me as I ordered.
