Exactly what I need for my central a/c unit. The filters are great, never had a problem in 9 years of ordering, always receive notice that my order was made and when it is shipped and expect to receive, except for this time. I did not receive notice of shipping, the box sat out on my front for a couple of days unnoticed, outer box was damp, lucky we had no rain.

Instead of reboxing and making us ship back to them, they asked us to pay it forward and donate the filter to someone that could use it.
