The only place I will buy my filters from. KUDOS The item was in excellent condition when it arrived at my house, unlike other filters that I sent back from different vendors, because they were freight damaged and were not the correct size..

Guess the filter is ok quality but it didn't fit in my air handler. It is advertised as 5 inches thick, but apparently that doesn't actually describe the dimension. The filter was 5.5 inches thick, too thick for my system.

Have used these filters for several years with excellent results. Had one problem with an incorrect size being delivered, which was easily resolved by their customer service rep. Very friendly, rapid response, and professional. Sent correct filter immediately and a return ticket via email for the incorrect one.
