I ordered ‘ 16x25x5 AIRx HEALTH Replacement for Lennox X6670 Air Filter - MERV 13.’ However, when I got two air filters, it is different from the photo above. I am not sure it is ‘AIRx Health’ or not because there is only stamped Merv 13.

Ryan Goins was SUPERIOR. My shipment was damaged by Fed Ex and Ryan solved the problem and shipped me a new set of filters. Super fast service and super fast delivery the second time. Now I hope somebody does in effect "read" these review's because I need some help. In reality I have Three good filters now and I feel I need to send you a check for the third filer that I need to pay for, just from my own moral standpoint. Please understand. Since we've only had an updated system for a year, we're only on the second filter of this type. However, so far, I've noticed less dust in our home, and when replacing the filter recently, saw that it had done a very good job of trapping dirt, and the accumulations looked to be uniform across the entire surface of the media, so I feel that these filters are of good quality.

The product was as shown and fit the cavity of my unit. The company was gracious when I had to change my order as I had ordered the wrong size at first. Also, we ordered the gasket thinking we may need it to assure of a tight fit but found we didn't need it. The company authorized the return and we were credited with the charge.
