This is the third or fourth order that I have placed for these filters in the last several years. Very Good Quality, Good price. Excellent customer service!!! I had a filter box damaged in transit so I sent a picture of the damaged box and filter. The immediately sent out a replacement that was delivered on my front door in three days. I bought these based on my search for 20x25x5. Shame on me for not reading the fine print that these filters are really 4 3/8 inches, barely. So at what point do these filters round UP to 5 inches? I think they are mislabeled. But again, my mistake for not seeing the true thickness of 4 inches. So these are not tight in the filter slot. I will have to make do. Next time search for 6 inches if you want 5.

I like the filters. I DO NOT like having "pop up ads" just randomly appearing even when I am tending to other business on my computer. The ads are a nuisance. This was a terrible idea.

These look and work as good as the ones at the local home center but for a much lower price. Filters are not exactly an exciting product but the price was low enough that I bought enough for more than a year of filter replacements and now I don't have to delay swapping a dirty filter.
