AIRx replacement for EXPXXFIL0016 Filter Media - 2 Pack

AIRx Media fits Bryant, Carrier, Payne, Day-Night MACA, MPKA, EZXCAB series air cleaner cabinets.  Media comes shipped like a collapsed accordian, and must be expanded and assembled with metal support rods.  The existing hard plastic end caps aren't necessary to use with the AIRx replacements as the media extends to seal against the filter housing. 

Kit with end caps can be purchased seperately (See Part# EXPXXUNV0016)

    The air filters I ordered seemed to be well made and came with instructions for installing the wire supports. But, the instructions indicate that the filters must be installed so that the airflow is directed as shown on the filter. Guess what, there are no arrows to show the airflow direction. Other filters I've used from the same company had the airflow directions shown on the side of the filter. Quality review seems to be missing from this item.

    I replaced one filter,but the design of it does not fit into the two metal end caps needed for the filters that yours are replacing. It looks like it should function equally as well nonetheless, since your filter has extra material to close off the ends so the unfiltered air does not pass thru.
