Expandable Replacement for Aprilaire 410 Filter, 2-Pack

Fits the following Aprilaire Air Cleaners:

  • Model 2400 after upgrading with #1413 Media Upgrade Kit
  • Model 2140 after upgrading with #1413 Media Upgrade Kit
  • Model 1410
  • Model 2410
  • Model 3410 (new premium model with electronic control)
  • Model 4400 (old premium model with electronic control)

Instructions:
1).  Turn of HVAC system 
2).  Remove Air Cleaner door
3).  Remove dirty filter
4).  Expand new filter and attach the four side support legs to top and bottom frame 
5).  Install new (clean) filter with Air Flow arrow pointing toward furnace or air handler.  Replace door.

A much lighter weight material than the original Aprilaire filter. A good price but not sure how well the filter will hold up. Only been installed a week.

I’ve ordered filters for my home from your company several times. Always find the price competitive. This order came in wrong. Filters were to big. The filter was the same quality as the original Aprilaire, very well made. One difference was the oem filter had runners to lock the filter into the top and bottom of the filter housing, the Airx doesn,t have those ..
