Fits the following Aprilaire Air Cleaners:

Model 2200 after upgrading with #1213 Media Upgrade Kit
Model 2120 after upgrading with #1213 Media Upgrade Kit
Model 1210
Model 2210
Model 3210 (new premium model with electronic control)
Model 4200 (old premium model with electronic control)

Instructions:
1). Turn of HVAC system
2). Remove Air Cleaner door
3). Remove dirty filter
4). Expand new filter and attach the four side support legs to top and bottom frame
5). Install new (clean) filter with Air Flow arrow pointing toward furnace or air handler. Replace door.

assembly was straight forward, easier to install than aprilaire filter doesn't feel like the same quality as aprilaire. not marked for air flow direction ( if it matters ? ) time will tell how they hold up.

At first it was confusing as to how the filter would be inserted into the heat pump since the previous filter fit on a track. Once everything was put together it slid in very easily. Much better because you don't have to line up the track any longer.

Product was good and easy to "assemble" from box. The directions, however, were inaccurate as they didn't show the user the direction to insert the filter. Turns out it can go either way, but directions and printing on filter need to be updated.

Not sure as to quality. Have not inserted the filter yet. They are made differently along the sides for insertion. So do not know how installation will be until I use one. The sides are just two wires compared to original that came with the unit. They are plastic panels that slide on grooves.

I like the higher merv value on this after market filter. I like the price. The set up of the filter was different. The instructions reference an arrow for air flow but there is not one, I had to guess on which direction to install
