I have used this product (furnace filter) for years. I do like them. They are the only ones that I can use in my furnace. - Please let it be known, that I have not received my current order. I was to receive my filters on 8/22/2023 by end of day, but now FedEX has stated my shipment is PENDING without any anticipated delivery date. I don't know if my order has been lost or what.

They arrived quickly and in good condition. Most filters have a certain direction that they need to be installed with arrows pointing the direction of the air flow. These do not have arrows and appear to be made the same on each side. That was a little confusing, but they seem to be made well and the price was better than others.

I'm guessing the high price per filter is due to a lower demand than other HVAC air filters?? Filter seems to be fine, but is missing the helpful airflow direction arrow to ensure proper installation. The earflaps do help, but a simple arrow stamped on the frame as your competitors do would be helpful
