We've been using these filters for almost 6 years and are very pleased with them and with the cost from Discount Filters. The technician who services our HVAC system says that they are the same quality as the ones he would provide. We replace filters twice a year, when the system is serviced, and we will keep getting them from Discount Filters. They make it easy to reorder, and they have all our information stored for quick order and payment. The shipping by FedEx is also timely, but I have one criticism. The deliverer just leaves the box outside and doesn't even ring the bell. Fortunately, it hasn't rained while the box was outside, but if it did, the filters could be ruined. FedEx also makes it harder than UPS or USPS to track deliveries, so I have to keep looking outside the front door to see if anything is there. If Discount Filters would switch to UPS or USPS, it would make life easier for me.
